Please review these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully prior to purchasing a subscription with RealMIPTV ("Service", "we", "us", or "our"). By completing an order or connecting to our media streams, you agree to be bound by these provisions.
1. Description of Service
RealMIPTV delivers internet-protocol digital media relay access, granting authorized subscribers access to live television broadcasts, electronic program guides, and video-on-demand media libraries. The service is provided on a prepaid subscription basis according to the duration chosen (3, 6, or 12 months).
2. Permitted Use & Device Limits
Subscribers are authorized to use the service for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. The following usage terms apply:
- Single-Screen Plans: Permit one (1) active simultaneous connection. You may configure credentials across multiple personal devices, but simultaneous streaming will trigger an automatic temporary server lockout.
- Multi-Screen Plans: Permit strictly two (2) or three (3) active simultaneous connections according to the package tier ordered.
- Re-broadcasting Prohibited: You may not restream, redistribute, resell, or publicly broadcast any streams received via RealMIPTV.
3. Minimum System & Internet Requirements
To enjoy uninterrupted 1080p and 4K Ultra HD playback, subscribers must maintain a stable internet broadband connection of at least 25 Mbps for HD and 50 Mbps for 4K streams. RealMIPTV cannot be held responsible for stutter caused by local Wi-Fi congestion or domestic ISP bandwidth throttling.
4. Service Availability & Maintenance
While we target and maintain a 99.99% operational uptime SLA, occasional scheduled maintenance or unexpected third-party transit provider outages may occur. We continuously upgrade server nodes to prevent service interruptions.
5. Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service access without refund if a user engages in credential scraping, multi-IP connection abuse, or malicious distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attempts against our network infrastructure.
6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at our discretion. Substantial changes will be noted on this webpage. Continued use of our service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
